Aaron Rathy Joins Team MB
MB Boats Australia is happy to announce that one of the most progressive and successful riders in the world today, Aaron Rathy, has signed with MB.
Rathy is the current WWA World Champion, King of Wake, Wakestock Champion and Wakeboarding Magazine’s “Rider of the Year” and these are only a few of the accomplishments that encompass Aaron’s 2009 season. It’s with these achievements and his passion for the sport that we welcome him to the MB team. In 2010 Aaron Rathy will be riding behind his own F21 Tomcat, the same model making its way up the East Coast of Australia with the MB Boats Tour.
Why did Aaron want to ride for MB?
“The wake, what matters to me the most, is Awesome!”

Holden Supports the MB East Coast Tour
MB Boats Australia is very proud to announce the support of General Motors Holden on their East Coast Tour through out April.
Holden have provided a new 4x4 Turbo-Diesel Colorado LTR to tow the massive Black & Blue MB F21 Tomcat over 5,000km on the tour. The Colorado is rated to tow 3.0 tonne and handles the 2.3 tonne towing weight of the MB like it isn’t even there.
MB could not be happier to have the support of such an iconic Australian brand and look forward to doing more projects with Holden in the future.
There are still places available at many of the MB Tour stops, so if you want to have a day out in the boat with us and have a Free ride check out the tour page on the MB website or the tour thread on wake.com.au. Riders of all levels are welcome.

MB Tour Hits the Road in Style
The first couple of days at Lake Eildon and Bundalong have been alot of fun. It’s been great having Troy Roker on board, dishing out trick tips and throwing down plenty of style behind the MB F21. At Eildon we managed to get some glassy water in the morning before the Lunch time peak hour on the lake, and it’s been great to hear everyone’s positive comments about the boat.
At Bundalong we got some quality wakeboarding on the Murray River and managed to pick up a few really good riders off the beach for a set behind the MB F21 Tomcat.
Check out the photos from the Eildon and Bundalong stops.
Next up we are in then on to the Molongolo River near Canberra to meet up with some very keen wakeboarders and friends in the area. Then on to Nowra and Sydney.
